
REQUIREMENT FOR RETURNING MERCHANDISE
A) All returned items must be tested by the customer prior to ship to Computer Direct, Inc. to identify the problem.
B) All merchandise returned to Computer Direct, Inc. must be accompanied by a copy of original invoice (proof of purchase) and a complete description of the problem the customer identified for each returned items.
C) Second returning merchandise returned to Computer Direct, Inc. must accompanied by a copy of the previous RMA form.
D) Buyer shall not place any labels or writing on the product. Computer Direct, Inc. reserves the right to reject any products, if the product has been defrauded in any way.
E) Computer Direct, Inc. will not process any RMA from the customer for the following condition:
• The serial number of items (if any) is different from the record on the original invoice.
• Merchandise was not sold directly by Computer Direct, Inc.
