WARRANTY
Computer Direct, Inc. offers one year limited warranty on all products
except Monitor that only have 14 days warranty. After 14 days, customers
can obtain the standard 1-year warranty from monitor manufacture.
Our warranty begins from the invoice date and shall not extend to
any damage, defect caused by any abuse, misuse or unauthorized modification
by buyers.
DOA
Any products that prove defective within one week shall
be deemed DOA, subject to verification by Computer Direct, Inc.
Products such as CPU, RAM, hard drive, LCD, special
order, and PC will only be replaced or exchanged. All other products
can either be credited or exchanged to the full amount of the products
(except the freight charge). All freight charge, deposit & labor
charge are non-refundable . All DOA products shall be arrived
to Computer Direct, Inc.'s RMA department within seven days of issuance
of an RMA number.
REFUND
All Sales on CPU, RAM, hard drive, LCD, special order and
PC are final . All other products that are dead on arrival
can be credited for a full refund or exchange if they arrived to
Computer Direct within 30 days (from the date of the invoice).
A 15% to 50% restocking fee will be applied to any returned products
that are more than 30 days and less than one year from the date
of our invoice. All freight charge, labor & deposit
are non-refundable.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Please call RMA department or fax in for an RMA number
before returning any products.
Return merchandise must be shipped freight pre-paid
by the customer. Furthermore, customer is expected to insure all
items being shipped back to Computer Direct, Inc. Computer Direct,
Inc. is not responsible for any loss or damage due to improper packing
and handling for such returned merchandise.
REQUIREMENT FOR RETURNING MERCHANDISE
All returned items must be tested by the customer prior
to ship to Computer Direct, Inc. to identify the problem.
All merchandise returned to Computer Direct, Inc. must
be accompanied by a copy of original invoice (proof of purchase)
and a complete description of the problem the customer identified
for each returned items.
Second returning merchandise returned to Computer Direct,
Inc. must accompanied by a copy of the previous RMA form.
Buyer shall not place any labels or writing on the
product. Computer Direct, Inc. reserves the right to reject any products,
if the product has been defrauded in any way.
Computer Direct, Inc. will not process any RMA from
the customer for the following condition:
The serial number of items (if any) is different from
the record on the original invoice. |
